Chuggington is a new CGI animated pre-school train based series aimed at 2-5 years olds. The series was created by a leading creative team led by Sarah Ball, Director and Writer of Bob the Builder, and Don Toht who led the creation of the toys systems for Thomas & Friends for 12 years as well as Bob the Builder. Deep in the heart of children's imagination lies the land of Chuggington, where trains have come to life and everything runs on rails. The 'chuggers' in this magical world are all based on modern engines of every kind, from streamlined diesel locomotives and electric bullet trains to trolleys and old steam engines. Three apprentice engines (called "trainees" of course!) are learning to ride the rails and perform essential tasks. Wilson, an eager (but slightly impetuous) red engine; Brewster, a loyal and rugged freight engine; and Koko, whose speed and derring-do sometimes get her into mischief. As they complete their daily tasks and practice their skills, they learn lessons of timeless value to every childhood, from responsibility and bravery to the meaning of true friendship.
Introducing the Chuggington Wooden Railway! Chuggington follows the humorous adventures of young Trainees - Wilson, Brewster and Koko - as they learn to ride the rails. Featuring a host of railway friends who help and support the trainees as they sharpen their social, emotional and personal skills, Chuggington offers unlimited adventure, learning and laughter. Chuggington Wooden Railway combines the classic charm of wooden train play with the exciting world of Chuggington. Featuring a wide range of collectible wooden engines, unique "2-in-1" buildings and compatibility with other wooden train systems, your child can recreate the fun adventures, enjoying hours of imaginative, developmental play.
